The 5:2 diet pack can be used for your 2 fasting days each week. Useful products with good taste
These shakes are useful for people who wanna keep fit and healthy. They have different taste but all the flavours are delicious enough for people to try. The free bottle is cute with good quality. Very nice shopping experience! I would like to try more other products of exante next time.

Classic shakes
Classic shakes......wow!! I was really hesitant to try the 5:2 shake replacement at first, for obvious reasons, would they taste nice!? Well I can honestly say they do. Which I was very surprised at, as I have tried previous shakes before that weren't very nice. They all smell lovely too when you open the packet...strawberry, chocolate, banana and vanilla. The smell reminded me of Angel delight. Once I mixed with water I would add an ice cube, as I like my drinks cold. Not going to lie, it was a struggle on first day, having only shakes, but definitely got easier. Definitely helped with the shakes smelling and tasting nice. I will be ordering again.

Lemon cheesecake & 5:2 diet
I absolutely love all of the Exante meal replacement shakes. It"s like having dessert three times a day twice a week when on a 5:2 diet. They are delicious & creamy just like what a milk shake should be but without any nasties & full of good things for me My favourite is the lemon cheesecake one! True cheesecake taste!

Fasting shakes
I wasn't convinced that these were the right thing for me as I'm not a milk shake fan but I am loving the Exante shakes. They are not too sweet but all four flavours are very enjoyable. I will definitely be ordering more.

Easy and delicious!
Amazing. Easy to follow and great tasting (especially the cherry’s and berries shake!) lost 6lbs in the first 3 days. So simple to follow and shakes very filling. Have and will recommend to friends and family
