Exante 4 week mixed diet pack
5Such excellent products, really love all of them especially the Hazelnut shake! This was my first purchase from Exante and I am truly thrilled with the results. After 1 week I have lost 9lbs and I am ecstatic! The only little moan is that the soups are not the tastiest!! But I have them when I'm brave enough! Will definitely be ordering my second months supply! Thank you Exante for your excellent variety and great customer services x

5having always been sceptical about these sort of diets, I have to say that I am absolutely delighted with the products that I was sent. All meals I have tried to date have been lovely and I haven't found the eating plan as difficult as I thought I would. I started the diet with 31/2 stone to loose, I now, after a week have 3 stone to go. I lost 6Ib in my first week and a total of 5 inches from bust, waist and hips. My clothes are already looser and I feel fantastic. The support on social media is really good and very encouraging and I can't wait to finish the products I have and get some more. Having been a serial dieter for the last 25 years (since the age of 15) I can truly say this is easy. No calories or carbs to worry about, the meals are just there to chose from. Plenty of variety.

i love this diet
5Ive tried every kind of calorie controlled diet...............shake diet...........salad diet but this is great i love the little soup and meals and the bars are great i get the odd i fancy something to eat moment but normally because i haven't drank enough water im amazed at how i am not starving like i was on other low calorie diet so glad i found you

54 years ago I started with the Exante Diet, It was just shakes and bars back then. I lost almost 5 stone over a couple of years and dropped from a size 20 to a size 12. About this time each year I find I need to go back on it for a month as my clothes start to get a little tight. No way am I going back to the size I was. I am doing so much more!! Snowboarding, Wakeboarding, walking and loving my life. This time I am trying the 3 meals a day, I am quite excited as the shakes can feel quite punishing. I would recommend the diet to anybody. I was a career and I tube fed people with 100% daily requirements and thought why can't I get that?? Exante have provided the easiest and most reliable way to lose weight. Thank you

4very good value love all the bars, didn't like porridge or main meals, found the soups hard to mix . I have ordered shakes and bars for next 4 weeks . Love the diet don't feel hungry.

5Fabulous products I haven't found anything that I don't like in the mixed box... Well worth the money and they keep you full .... What more could you wish for.

4 week mixed diet to healthier life!
5This diet is very easy to use and the weight starts to go very quickly. The range is tasy and very varied so that you do not get bored. Quite the reverse, you look forward to the meals. If you are on the go, then the bars are excellent. Straight away, you start to get mre energy. It is too hard to stick purely to a milkshake diet as you miss eating and the range is too limited. With Exante there's so much choice. All the hard work is done for you as each meal is just what you need without having to go shopping and organising your own calorie controlled menu. It is also cheaper than shopping every day and the diet is delivered straight to your door. This really is life changing.

Definitely not bored!!!
5Thought I might try exante as a belated New Years resolution to lose weight. Well better late than never! I have tried the products before and felt the mixture was at that time adequate to sustain me for a few weeks but fancied more variety this time. Say no more, this new box of tricks had me so excited and actually salivating over the new menu, including pizza, pan cakes and gooey chocolate pudding. This scratches every itch you will every have with the abundance of flavours and textures available over the four weeks. I'm two weeks in, and have scarcely looked at a chocolate bar, never mind craved one!! For exante enthusiasts this box bundle, the new mixed diet for 2015 is a must,! You won't be disappointed with the choices.

Great diet!
4I have been following the man plan diet for a week now and have lost 7lbs! The shakes, bars and meals are delicious and a good variety, not keen on the soups though. Overall really good diet. Only one downside is my IBS is suffering but hopefully that's a temporary side effect.

4wk Diet Pack
5Was surprised with the choice and variety provided. Very pleased with everything I had tried so far. Who would have thought I would be eating choc pud on a diet - not me! Weight is coming off so it's doing what it says on the tin so to speak. Only comment is would like more bars in the pack but that's a personal preference not a criticism Basically well impressed and have already made further orders so all I would say is don't leave it and make the decision to go for it with Exante ( no- aren't getting paid to say it lol) as it works!
