4Generally quite good although could do with more dinners or bars over so many breakfast related products.

excellent variety and starting base for new you.
5Excellent variety of meals , shakes bars and soups. The soups are so thick and filling without lacking in taste. Not all meals are to everyone's taste but with such variety there are plenty of choices to find firm favourites.

Amazing!!
5I absolutely love the Exante total solution diet. Love all the products and they all taste absolutely amazing! Going to miss the food products when I return to normal eating once I've reached my goal weight. It doesn't feel like your on a diet because it is just so easy to follow and I never feel hungry! Lost 9lbs so far and can't wait to lose more. Recommended to friends and family and 3 of them have ordered the products, would recommend to everybody looking to lose some weight.

5So far I'm on my second week of the pack and I love it! There are so many flavours to try and I keep losing weight at a steady rate, but most of all I love how easy it is to prepare every meal. I'm in love with exante!

4 week,mixed pack
5Bought 3 weeks supply to see how I managed the exante diet. My first few days were hard then it became easier. I then read reviews and ordered the 4 week mixed diet pack. I am loving this. Read the success stories which gave me encourage to carry on. I love how I can have a shake for breakfast and either have soup or shake for lunch. I have tried the pancake mix fabulous. Does not feel like a diet. I am following the VLCD plus 100 calories made up of green vegetables and carbs. I have been on the exante diet for 3 weeks and lost 10 pounds. I love the cereal bars. soups are fantastic. Pasta,Ham,mushroom soup is thick and I use this as a main meal and add vegetables or salad. I also love the Red chilli bean. I made the pancake mix 4 pancakes and shared this with my family fabulous.Not like a diet and losing weight each week.Can't wait for the summer to show off my new figure.

Too many shakes
3The food is actually ok! Some things are a little yuk, but I guess it's a taste thing. I found the soup's were a little too thick. Hence the yuk. My biggest problem with this pack.. I should have read what I was actually buying!! I had oddles of milkshakes! I've had the banana and strawberry so far "very tasty" but...... For it being a 4 week pack!!!!! I got 11 main meals??!! Common guys, 4 weeks = 28 dinners! Not numerous shakes, if I wanted that I'd have bought a shake plan or juice plus .

Great pack
4The pack is well balanced so you are able to het a flavour of a variety of products. Personally I would have prefered a few more bars and few less milkshakes. Some products we loved but was mostly down to personal preference. I lost 6 pounds following the man plan, even tho I'm a woman!, and my husband lost 8 following the working plan which gave us both a boost for our second week. We will definitely.be ordering again!

4week plan
5A good mix of meals, shakes and bars. So far lost a stone. Never feel hungry. A good first box to decide what you like and what you don't. To be honest there isn't a lot I don't like!

5Finally an easy grab and go menu and such variety! Amazing ...doesn't feel like a diet at all :-)
