Good first purchase
4A good pack for your first purchase as it gives you an idea of the amount you will be eating and which products you would or would not buy again. It also gives you enough time to see results and if this diet suits you. I'm happy and will be purchasing my favourites from this pack again.

brilliant!
5some of the products are incredible (sausage mix, egg mix, puddings, soups, double chocolate bars and peanut butter bars), others are hard to make or lacking something (porridge and pancakes) and one thing I couldn't stand (red bean chilli), also all shakes take better heated! Regardless of what I loved and what I didn't I have lost 8lb in a week and the scales are still dropping. Thank you. I've tried everything up till now and this is the only thing that's worked.

Happy with my purchase
4I am happy with my purchase and the diet seems to be working so far (it's been 9 days). I losf 4 kgs. I think that the mixed diet pack should include more of hot meals rather than so many shakes. Other than that I am very pleased with my purchase. The website is informative and easy to use, delivery was fast too.
