5the food is actually really really nice, unlike other low calorie meals I have tried before. surprisingly filling which makes sticking to the plan a lot easier!

Great weight loss and happy with food content
4Wasn't sure if this would work but 11 lbs first week is amazing and food is nice enough that I'm not desperately seeking other options... would recommend..x

Surpassing expectations.
5I knew when I ordered Exante that you can get fantastic results, as one of my old colleagues lost 3 stone on an Exante diet. What I was not expecting was the food/shakes to taste so good and be so filling that they made the dieting experience a lot easier than other diets & a lot more enjoyable. One week in and I'm already starting to see results, plus I'm also excited to try all the food & shakes that I haven't had chance to taste yet. Thank you Exante!

Overall taste!!
4I have been doing exante diet for one week now and I have lost six lbs!! Although it works I find some products not that enjoyable to eat!! Love the bars, maple syrup pancakes, soups and shakes are just ok, a bit powdery and the scones are not bad?!

4 weeks mixed diet pack
3Almost all product are too salty. Some of them i can't eat! Just shake, pizza and bolognesia were possible to eat.

Better than other VLCD!
5When you decide to do a VLCD you have normally researched what it entails and understand that it is not going to be an "easy option." I have previously participated in other VLCD diets and have not really benefitted from the "counselling" approach as I know in my mind that it is my responsibility and willpower that is keeping me on track. The weight loss itself keeps me motivated to stay strong to continue to see results. I have a very busy lifestyle, so fitting in appointments to order and collect products as well has speaking with a counsellor contributed to my previous failures.The saving you make by buying Exante online without the need for weekly weigh ins and discussions with a counsellor makes a lot of sense to me. I have ordered a 4 week mixed pack and have found the variety exceptional. I like that it includes a mixture of cold and hot products, some to cook to be like REAL food and others that are more convenient such as bars and milkshakes. I have found the milkshakes more powdery, less sweet and lacking in flavour compared to the other VLCD's I have followed. I think there are improvements that could be made, especially if you offered the pre-made milkshakes in cartons, making life even more easy and the flavours better balanced. So far the pizza kit and maple flavour pancakes have excelled my expectations and were lovely! The bars and vegetable soup are really nice too. I tend to enjoy a beef stock cube dissolved in boiling water for a savoury boost alongside a sweet pack at lunch or teatime as I feel like I have had a bit more substance. I would like to see alternative bouillon powders/cubes such as vegetable or chicken flavours to add to hot water and also a suitable fruit flavouring for water available on your site to add in a bit more variety. Overall my first week experience has been a good one. I am choosing to only weigh myself once per week. I had only completed three days od Exante when I weighed last week and had lost 4lbs. I feel like I have lost more since, so I will wait and see this weeks results. I feel full of energy and less bloated following Exante than an ordinary diet. I intend to follow the plan until my Birthday at the end of the month and then try and follow it as much as possible in the lead up to Christmas. I have a lot of weight to lose, so want to use Exante as a boost until I feel I am ready to integrate food again to continue my weight loss and control my lifestyle habits.

4The exante diet is good. There is a wide variety of different foods (e.g.bar, shake, meal based, soups) and flavours. Have only been doing this for a week and so far so good.

Best diet I've tried
4I am now just over 1 week into my exante simple solution plan. My start weight was 11stone 5 and after the first week I have already lost 5lb which I am extremely happy about. I was worried about being hungry but the meal replacement products are actually filling and the majority of them are really tasted. My favourites include the pancakes, peanut butter bar, double choc bar and the shakes. I am not a huge fan of the soups or pasta's but to be honest I've never been a huge fan of soup anyway. Due to the great offer that was on I decided to order more of the products that I love so I can continue with exante for another 7 weeks. I have a major sweet tooth and in the past I have struggled to keep away from chocolate but the bars such as the double choc bar make you feel like you can still enjoy a guilt free treat which keeps the cravings away. So far I am loving exante diet and am determined to stick with it because I don't see it as your average boring diet, it's more of a challenge for me to lose weight because I am actually enjoying it! Thank you exante for giving me motivation to carry on with my weight loss and for making it so simple when doing it at work when I am on the go. 5 stars!!
