Mixed monthly diet box
4Very impressed with the shakes, bars and breakfast pancakes. The products I have tried so far have been tasty and filling. Not keen on some of the savoury products, it's not that they are not flavoursome but more the texture that is not to my liking. I think next time I will stick to shakes, bars, and soups.

Don't Try Anything Else, Exante Is Where You Need To Be
5After various diets my friend recommended I try the Exante diet after she lost 2 stone with it. I am extremely happy with the mixed diet pack. Everything taste as good as the title says on the packet and everything is so quick and easy to make. I have been doing 3 replacement meals a day as I want to lose 14lbs. My first week weigh in and I have lost 6lbs! I find keeping a weekly chart diary and list what meals I'm having really helps too. I can keep track of everything and fluid intake as I always forget! I really recommend anyone wanting to lose weight to try it and see how good it is.

Amazing!
5Having seen friends of mine successfully lose weight, with the minimum stress, my husband and I decided to have a go. We've only been on it just short of two weeks and already we are feeling the benefits. We're both hoping to lose three stones initially and maybe a fourth depending on how we look and feel, but we are very confident that we will succeed, where we have failed badly on other diets. The food is lovely, we haven't found much we really didn't like and, more importantly, there are no cravings. Exente even understands the need for chocolate! There are so many chocolate shakes, bars and desserts to satisfy even the worst chocoholic. I am so pleased to have been introduced to Exente and I'm looking forward to posting my success story.

3the shakes and bars are are quite tasty, a bit of an after taste but ok. So far I've had the curry, sweet & sour & pastas packets. I really didn'tlike the sweet & sour, very strange taste. The pasta ones are very nice, as is the curry, though quite 'hot'! The soups are all really good and are nice and thick. I would have liked amore varied amount of choice in my variety box - I only had one peanut bar and looking at your site there are a few flavours I didn't get, also with the savoury meals. Still going well though, so far I've lost 6lb in 10 days - I have slipped off the wagon a couple of times! but on the whole pleased with myself and the product.

5This is a great way to taste the different meals shakes and bars avaliable and helps you to weed out the ones you don't like so when you reorder you can get exactly what you like making it easier to stick to the diet

Impressed
5I tried the mixed pack as I was unsure what yo order. I have been pleasantly surprised and I have been quite impressed with everything I have tried. I can truely say that there is nothing within the box that I do not like. It is all very tasty and fills me up. I have only been doing this for a week and very happy that I have lost 6 pounds already.

good variety
4This was my first chance to try the Exante Diet and with so many options, I went for the mixed diet pack. I am now 10 days in and slowly losing the pounds without feeling ravenously hungry. As everything is calorie counted, then it is simple to stay within the low calorie range. There are a surprising amount of sweet flavours so it's hard to believe I am on a diet, as I always equated doing without tasty things when trying to lose weight. The food is filling and I don't have a favourite but I didn't like the Moussaka. The soups are thick and creamy and I add a side salad to the savoury meals. The shakes are dead easy for breakfast. As all the dietary needs are included in the packs, then I know I am getting the right nutrition. This is a diet I know I will stick to as usually I get very bored after a short while. Thanks Exante!

Pleasantly Suprised
4After reading up about the best way to lose weight fast, Exante ticked all the boxes. i ordered the 4 week Diet Mixed Pack to get a variety of products to try. I've just completed my first week and lost 8lbs. i didnt feel hungry at all which suprised me as my weight went up 3.5 stone over the past 3 years. I didnt feel myself at all and eating more seemed to make me feel better about being fat. I'm so happy I found Exante. The meals taste very good in fact there wasnt anything I would say i'd have again. For me there were too many shakes. i would have prefered more bars as chewing seems to give me more satisfaction. I'm happy on this diet. It makes perfect sense and gives results quickly without losing anything the body needs in each meal replacement.
