5Having recently purchased a starter pack and some additional bars and meals I am pleasently surprised at the taste and texture of the food. Having tried other meal replacements before I almost overlooked Exante. I am so glad that I decided to give it a go. The shakes are lovely, the bars convenient for lunchtimes and on the go and the Indian Curry and Spag Bol meals are my favourite. I am always surprised that I am not hungry and that the plans are so easy to stick to. Will be continuing with Exante and even when I reach my goal I am sure the products will remain in my cupboard.

4 week mixed diet pack
5This is the first time that I have tried Exante and feel that this pack was a really great choice to start with. It has given me the opportunity to try different products and work out which ones I like or don't like. There are some that I don't like but the majority I have tried are nice. My favourites by far are the Indian style curry, banana milkshake and the bars. I still have loads more to try! It has been an easy diet to stick to as and great that you don't have to count calories/weigh out food. In the first week I have lost 10lbs so looking forward to the next few.

4 week plan
5This the first item I have bought from exante. I love the variety that you get with this pack, as I get bored easily with the same food this was perfect for me. Been following the plan for about two weeks now and have already lost 10 pounds. Would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to get fitter and healthier.

5I have now been using exante diet for the past week and lost a good nine pounds, which for me is amazing. Been on so many diets before including slimming world and nothing worked with exante I stick to my three meals a day with plenty of water. Perfect. Just love the double chocolate bars and have ordered more. Thank you exante diet.

4On th whole, good. I found some of the hot meals were not very palatable, uncooked , dried veg. However, once I added more water, and let them a minute, then cooked for 30 seconds or so longer, they re hydrated properly, and tasted much better.... The ones to watch, the pizza sauce mix was awful, until I did the above, then became much better. Also, I tried a bean pot my daughter couldn't eat, after I cooked it longer with more water, it was fine. I do the same with all the spaghetti Bol, shepherds pie etc I also found the porridge boils over, even in a 2 pint jug and is very thin. Once you understand to keep stopping and stirring, problem solved. I enjoy the shakes , but a coffee one would be nice, I added a spoonful as I blended the vanilla, yummy! I would recommend anyone just starting to buy a Braun stick blender, simplifies it, you can measure and mix in the same pot, and it will be properly mixed!, The bars are great for lunches on the go, but I found the lemon ones awful, Needed indigestion tablet after!!! Hope that helps, I found diet easy &. Weight comes off nicely

Great variety and massive improvement in flavours
5I bought a 4 week mixed pack as it represented good value and gave a good mixture of shakes/ meals. Compared to the last time I bought a 4 week pack - the mixture of flavours and meals were great. The only meal I wasn't keen on was the beef casserole - but the rest were excellent and you never actually felt like you were missing out on a meal. The new range of shakes and smoothies were nice and I would definitely order this again. Day 10 I have lost 9 pounds and would recommend this diet to anybody who is serious about losing weight. This plan is head and shoulders above the Cambridge Diet - both in cost and flavour. If in doubt - don't be - just try it.

Great value
5This is my second lot now and lost over 2 stone. Lots more energy and the feeling good factor is returning. Highly recommend this varied pack.

Surprised
4I bought the 4 week mixed pack as I was unsure which of the packs I would like. I didn't think I would have much success if I stuck with just a couple of options as I have previously with vlcd's. I am happy with the selection and would recommend this pack to those starting out, good value as well.

Yummy scrumptious
4The fabulous flavours of the shakes and bars are most definately the most deliciously decadent meal replacements ever. The only problem is that thanks to my raving about them every time I have one, my husband has decided to do into my 'secret stash' as he prefers them to his diet plan shakes. An Exante convertee he may be, but he's not getting his hands on any more, he's been told to order his own!
