Great, so far!
5I bought the Diet 4 Week Mixed Pack 2015,it arrived the next day, and i am really pleased with it. It was very exciting opening the box and seeing all the goodies inside. I have so far had the porridge (plain),(yum yum), several shakes, (gorgeous) a soup, various bars, shepherds pie,and spag bol. I am doing the Simple Solutions plan, and in my first week have lost 5ib, which I am so pleased about. The meals I find are incredibly filling, and very tasty. I like all the bars I have tried, and the shakes are really really nice. The soup which I thought would be more like a cup a soup and thin and watery was actually a really nice consistency, and much nicer than I thought it would be, I look forward to trying the rest of them. I am so pleased I bought this box, as there is such a selection to choose from. I have yet to try the gooey chocolate pudding, the pizza, the eggs, the pancakes, oooh I can't wait. I still get to eat 'normal' food, but have really tasty diet meals too, as I think for me I would find it very difficult just to have bars and shakes only. I would definitely recommend this box, and would buy it again. I don't even feel like I'm on a diet, as I use the drink powder included in the box, and you can have that hot, cold or with sparkling water. I was going to try another companies products, but after reading the reviews about the food products, how quickly the box arrived, and the quality of choice completely swayed me. I have made the right choice using Exante, and although I have a very long way to go, know that this diet (at long last) will help me get to where I want to be. Buy it, and try it, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Pleasently surprised!
5I'll admit some of the ready meals aren't for me, but I don't like moussaka any how! Although I'm not a massive success story yet the food is nice and easy to prepare which would have been a deal breaker for me. I tried the 4 week rapid weight loss programme it's a great way to find what you like and don't like. You really do have to stick to it to get results but it'll be worth it in the end... Working progress.

Great value pack with fab selection
5I would strongly recommended this pack - all of the food is great tasting and easy to prepare. I personally don't eat the Mousaka or beef casserole as I'm vegetarian and all of the other food is suitable for vegetarians! Such great value - I think it's the best diet for price and quality available

Good Choice
4I purchased the 4 week mixed pack and can honestly say I was not disappointed. A lovely selection of shakes and bars but more importantly a good selection of hot food, many of which I may not have tried if I hadn't received them in my mixed pack. All in all a very good starter kit x

What a great surprise!
5Ive been trying to shed a few pounds for years but never had much success, I found calorie or point counting diets hard to stick to, especially for lunches at work when I just don't have time to prepare things in advance and Id always end up 'cheating' and having "just a little treat" !! So as soon as I heard about this diet (and how affordable it is- Its cheaper than normal food shopping!) I took the plunge and went for it! I'm really (happily) surprised how easy its been, the first 2/3 days the meals feel small and I was a bit hungry but now i'm stuffed after eating one! Plus they are really tasty (my faves are the bean chilli, hazelnut shake and apple and cinnamon porridge ummm) and no cooking skills needed, ho-rah! After 2 weeks of being on the 600cal per day plan (or 800 on a weekend when I add a side salad or some strawberries for pud) i've lost 10pounds!! FANTASTIC!

Amazing products...Cannot recommend enough!
5I ordered the Exante 4 week mixed diet pack and was a bit apprehensive about delivery as I live in Northern Ireland. I had absolutely nothing to worry about as it arrived promptly the next day!! AMAZING. Having done other meal replacement diets I was nervous about trying the products as I am an extremely fussy eater and usually hate everything - I had nothing to worry about again, these products taste amazing. The curry is nicer than any takeaway curry I have ever tasted (and believe me I have tasted a lot of takeaways). I have just completed my first week of Exante and lost an amazing 25lbs!! I didn't think that was even possible but I do have around 10 stone to loose in total. I honestly, cannot recommend these products enough!! Will definitely be purchasing again and I have even converted my best friend who has just made her first purchase!

4 week mixed
5HI, this is my second week and I want to encourage you all that with grit and determination you can do it! I am so happy already with the results and it can only get better. I'm exercising too so that adds to the body shape. It's tough at times but just stick to your guns. Drink lots of water and keep focused. There is a good variety of meals so you don't get overly bored with the daily food choices. I say 'Give it a blast' honestly, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

4 week pack
4The pack I received was varied and a very good introduction to the many products Exante does. It allowed me to sample shakes, soups, bars and hot meals and the diet booklet was clear and informative. A good start to my weight loss journey.

Stay away from the ready meals
3Having lost 8 pounds in the first week, I am impressed with the diet. However the ready meals are appalling and not edible. I have thrown all of the away and am sticking to bars, shakes and soup. I would not recommend purchasing any of the meals.
