4 week shakes and bars
4With the exception of the chocolate, I was quite surprised at how nice the shakes were - very tasty and I would happily have these again. It's just a shame I can't say the same about the bars on the whole they have an odd 'tang' and I've never eaten anything that got better on the aftertaste! That being said some of the bars - double chocolate, chocolate orange, yogurt & jam and at a push the peanut butter were nice.

Great value
5I think the description needs updating because I never got some of the ones listed but I got other ones instead. Nice variety, I'm loving the banana, stawberry and banana and the vanilla and almond milk shakes. I'm only 3 days in so I'll leave a better review once I start seeing results. And have tried all of the items

Surprisingly Good!
4I admit I was a little sceptical at first - how could mean replacement shakes & bars with a carb content of 20g each led firstly to ketosis and secondly be tasty enough to make a sustainable diet - but I am happy to admit I was wrong! Having previously had success (hard won) with Atkins, with its rigid "less than 20g per day carbs) I thought that ketosis would never come, but it has, and so has quick weight loss too. The shake flavours are not all to my taste ( coconut) but the bars are really very tasty, and filling. I've added some meal replacements too (just for the feeling of eating something) and they are great! Overall I should have gone for a mix of meals shakes and bars, but I am a very happy customer!

Banana's!!!
5The banana shake is my absolute favourite pack of all , but after trying the creamy coconut shake in my new 4 week starter pack , I may have a new favourite ! Thank you Zante for keeping the flavours interesting , love the jam bar too !

5Absolutely brilliant I have done a VLCD before and the options are minimal the choice exante gives you is amazing I haven't found a flavour I haven't liked so far, the diet is made easy and straightforward, the support is fantastic, will power is a major thing with a diet like this and the support that exante gives has helped me maintain my willpower. #exante #lovethisdiet

Great Selection
5Bought this pack as my first one to get an idea of what I like and don't like. There is a great selection of shakes and bars however, personally I don't like any of the bars but all the shake flavours are pretty yummy especially the creamy coconut...om nom nom nom. Ooh also don't dismiss the white chocolate and raspberry shake, despite hating white chocolate unless it's a Milky Bar, this shake was surprisingly delish. The only downside, if you're someone like me who LOVES savoury flavours, there's nothing in this bumper pack that will sate that craving but at least I know for the second 4 weeks what I need to order as well as the shakes but instead of the bars. Give this bumper go pack a go, what have you got to lose over than the wobble.

1 and a half weeks in and 1 stone lost
5I am currently on the man plan as I decided this was the better option for me. I bought the 4 week shakes and bar pack as I thought it would be a good start and liked the wide variety of different flavours as I easily get bored of the same thing. I am loving the different flavours of the shakes and my favourite is lemon cheesecake! Yummy! Also the bars are great as well and very filling my favourite bar so far is chocolate coconut! Fast delivery as well received this following day. Would recommend to anyone who likes a wide variety of different flavours.
