a guy who knows how to lose weight
52 years ago I was 430 lbs today I'm 220 lbs. With that in mind I thought I would try the exante 600cal diet, and I have to say I'm impressed! I walk a minimum of 15 miles a day and perform 1 hour cardio in the morning and this diet seem to keep me feeling full all day long with no drop in energy at all. The meals are quick and easy to make and taste nice.

So tasty
5I've been doing cwp and moved onto this as it is so much cheaper and has more variety. So far I've tried quite a few flavours my favourite shake is lemon & raspberry and bar is chocolate orange. Not a fan of hazelnut shake and peanut bars but the fact my next shake will be gorgeous gets me through :-)

5I haven't been fully committed due to life at the moment, however very easy and great taste so I am happy I went with Exante.

Love love exante diet exciting tasty range of shakes and bars
5After doing the cambridge diet a few years ago I was told to try the exante diet as it is so similar to do. I have put a stone on since I did the cambridge and wanted to shift it quickly due to a wedding. Been doing it 2 weeks and have lost 10lb. Am very impressed with the assortment and flavours of the shakes and bars and would definatly recommend this to a friend. The value is an added bonus and very much appreciated, another great reason to pick exante over Cambridge ******

Rock bottom!
5That's how it seems I'd reached, so the only way is up! I did Lighter Life years ago, lost weight and put it back bit by bit, so I was so pleased when looking to find Exante. The price is amazing, it is affordable. Quick delivery. Efficient service. Good information. Then starting - well the selection is fantastic, the ones I've tried so far all taste wonderful. Love the shakes and bars. It looks like and is a quality product, I'm really pleased with it all, and the weight is starting to go!!!! Yippee !!!!!!

Easier than expected!
5I couldn't recommend this product more - in my first week I lost 9 pounds! So pleased and such an easy way to do it. The bars are lovely (especially the peanut butter and nut raisin ones) and the shakes are brilliant, especially mixed with ice. As long as you drink enough waiter inbetween, you shouldn't hesitate to make the leap!

Good variety
5A very good selection to start of my diet I'm very pleased with the majority of my packs a few bars not to my tasting however all shakes were beautiful I would suggest counting all the pack as both me n my husband were missing quiet a few
