Wonderful!
5The shakes are really tasty and filling and there's lots of different flavours to choose from and as for the bars - the chocolate bars contain real chocolate to help stave off the cravings! I'm really enjoying this diet!

Perfect
5Better than expected, I hated having to shop for a diet, the food is expensive n I can't be bothered to weigh things or check the amount of calories n fat content in everything so this diet is absolutely perfect for me, everything there ready for me!! I am only 5 days in and am very pleased with everything so far. Not weighed myself yet though but am feeling better in myself already!

Exante 4 wk Shakes & Bars
4The box arrived the next day and I was pleased with the selection in it. Two weeks in and there are some shakes I definitely won't be re-ordering (Orange & Pineapple was particularly unpleasant). The bars are OK although I prefer the crisp/crunch bars to the other types but I guess that's a question of personal taste. Will be ordering from Exante again but it will be a more personalised selection. This box is an ideal way to start and to find which flavours suit you.

Loosing it
4This has been axvelleny for me 2 weeks into the plan and I have lost 13.5lbs. The slaked and bars are ok some flavours are better than others.

4 week packs
5I decided to do the 4 week shake and bar diet. The packs arrived within 24 hours which is excellent service considering I had decided to needed to start ASAP. After one week I had lost 12 pounds and I felt great. Week two so far is good. I decided to still take 3 packs but had a 100 calorie meal but ensured I stayed in ketasis. I enjoyed the salmon, egg on spinach recipe and celery and cheese I have ordered more shakes to give me more variety Thank you exante diet

Ex ante 4 weeks pack
2Thought I would give this diet ago as years ago I tried a similar diet of shakes and really enjoyed it. Was very disappointed with most of the flavours of shakes I only liked the coconut flavour and the chocolate bars were awful the only one I enjoyed was the toffee,nut and raisin. I also tried the mango and passion fruit drink mix but after 4 spoonfuls there was still hardly any taste. So if there was a four week pack of coconut shakes and toffee,nut and raisin bars I would be fine.

5Wow, what can I say, I ordered the 4 week shakes and bars and I am extremely impressed. Having done a VLCD which cost more for 1 week than four weeks from Exante there is no comparison. the shakes are much easier to blend and actually taste very pleasant and rather than drinking them straight off because of the taste I enjoy them. The bars are divine taste like they should and they don't have a synthetic taste or leave an after taste in the mouth. I have tried many diets over the years but am not a fan of group therapy but I love the forum and find it easy to post on there and have found some of the posts quite inspirational. I would most definitely recommend Exante to anyone looking for a new lease of life because my weight loss is giving me that.

5Ordered this box, never done Exante before and WOW! These are sooo tasty! The bars are scrummy and dont taste like diet food at all. I love them. The shakes are devine, my fav is hazelnut, yum. Weight drops off! Lost 14lb in my first week! A whole stone! Well done to Exante.

It's working!
5I have to say I was sceptical about this diet and a bit worried about being able to carry on as normal whilst eating so little (compared to my usual daily intake). I ordered the total solutions mixed shakes and bars, they arrived within 2 days of ordering which was great service. The shakes are best made in a blender but work fine in a hand held shaker too, the blender makes them creamier tasting. The bars are good too and are great if I'm on the go or at work. I've honestly not been hungry on this diet, drinking water 3-4L stops hunger. The first week showed a loss of 10lb, which I'm very pleased with. I'll be sticking with exante to lose the rest of my weight!
