4Just to say I think these products have been great I started at 20st 5lbs I'm down to 19st 3lbs in just under 2 weeks. I bulk them up sometimes with slim pasta/ zero noodles. The only one I don't like so far is toffee an caramel drink horrid. All other drink very nice. Tried most meals so far very moussaka, beef casserole great with extra slim pasta . Not tried the desserts yet but sure will be fill all together great so far thanks.

It was alright
3The box is good value, for definite, but I didn't like most of the shakes. The coconut and chocolate shakes are ok but the rest I couldn't eat again. It's individual tastes though. Other people love the chocolate mint one and it made me feel physically sick! The bars were all absolutely delicious apart from the toffee nut one which was alright but my favourite is definitely the lemon yoghurt bar. To me it tastes just like lemon sponge and lemon curd. I wouldn't buy this box again because of the shakes but there are other 4 week packs I would.

4Shakes are nice and a wide variety of flavours. Bars slightly less nice, they all have an artificial aftertaste.

the diet that changed my life in a blink of an eye
5I cannot begin to express how happy I am my weight loss was better than I ever thought and it has truly changed my life around and being a mum of 3 I needed the energy to and I cannot think of any reasons I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!

Just starting
4I recently purchased 4 week shakes and bars diet and up to yet I can honestly say I am very pleased with them. Most of them taste really good although there are always some that don't suit but I will know not to purchase those particular ones in future. The bars are very tasty and extremely filling and I am finding the diet easy to follow allowing for the occasional hunger pangs.

4 Week Shakes & Bars
5Really excited to receive my box from Exante & couldn't wait to try each flavour of bar & shake. Not at all disappointed & the results are amasing. I feel fuller on this diet than normally. Would highly recommend as the bars & shakes are really fab & great flavours x

5Fab love Most of the shakes and most of the bars arrived next day had 2 items missing but exante staff sorted straight away im on day 10 and lost 13lbs already :)
