How to use the exante diet 4 Week Shakes & Bars 5:2 Fasting Pack?
The 5:2 diet pack can be used for your 2 fasting days each week. Eat healthy, balanced meals 5 days of the week and the other 2 (non-consecutive) days of the week, enjoy 3 exante meal replacement products plus 200 calories of high protein food. All exante meal replacement products are enriched with over 22 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre.
To use, add water and follow the instructions outlined on the individual product packs. It is important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily.

What u get In them is great and I like a lot of it but sometimes I find I’m wasting a 3rd of it cos I don’t like it what would be great if u had a choice in your boxes pls

Terrible taste!
I had one shake out of my pack which I had to force myself to keep drinking and a bite of one protein bar. They tasted really bad with a horrible after taste and I was sick a few hours later. They weren’t out of date. Just tasted so bad. Do not recommend at all. Such a waste of money.

I Love
I love the flavours! However they are a bit basic. Vanilla and cookies and cream taste the same. I only liked the the chocolate caramel protein bar but the peanut butter and strawberry was not a fan of.

Bars
The only bars I like are strawberry yogurt and crunchy orange bars the rest of the bars have a chemical taste which is unbearable.

My first one
I enjoyed my first time trying Exante, not that overweight so doing 5/2 was my plan, all of stuff in box was very nice, not a lover of choc shakes but these were nice enough, I actually did a 4/3 +2 weeks later down 8lbs +5half inches 👌I'd recommend defo, iv another week left so fingersx for 10 in total!

Fantastic products all taste great for me and work really well ive lost over a stone in 2 weeks the pack i recieved was substitute with peanut butter bars which are my absolute favourite 100 million stars from me :)

I ordered this as I wanted to lose some extra weight. I have just finished my second weak! I have found the shakes very easy to use and they taste great, on my fasting days I have a shake for breakfast and lunch and a healthy meal. After my first week I have lost just over 8pounds.
