Meal Replacement 6 Week Mixed Diet Pack

Excellence diet , love the products , breakfast porridge it's amazing , cherries and berries shake taste like a heaven , Indian curry rice it's georges  and I finally find a diet for me that it's working and it's taste :-) definitely will ordering another package , highly recommended !!!!

The soups and shakes & porridge are great. The biscuits taste really nice. However I am very disappointed with the packet meals. The shepherds pie made me feel sick. The carbonara was just about edible. The eggs weren't too bad. The burger was pretty disgusting but the pizza was quite nice if you put a bit of cheese on it which rather defeats the object. I have ordered some of the pre made dinners which look much better so will reserve judgement on those. The best thing I had was the free tuna pasta you sent & I can't see that on the website now. I think it's difficult to like everything in the mixed bundle so will probably buy individually in future but that obviously makes it more expensive but at least they won't go to waste!! Sorry not to be more positive.

I've been on the total solution diet for a week now and it's having excellent results. As it was my first order and I didn't really know what I was doing I ordered this mixed pack. It is a great way to get started and has made me try some foods I wouldn't normally have tried. I now know what I like and what works for my lifestyle and I think there will be some items i'I'll give away to friends. Now I know what I'm doing i'all make my own packs. The pizza and daal pots are my favourites so far. Fingers crossed the weight loss continues...

I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of packs and bars in the 6 week mixed pack. There are only 2 packs which I would not choose to purchase going forward. The food packs and bars are extremely tasty and have a good flavour. I have tried another make of very low calorie bars and shakes previously and Exante is so much better. I don't think I'll have a problem sticking to this diet!

I have struggled with my weight my whole life due to having a non existent metabolism. I generally struggle to lose a pound a month when dieting and exercising. However on my weigh in having been on exante for one week I was so surprised to have lost 4lbs which for me was a miracle. I have found the shakes, soups, bars and desserts really good however a few of the evening meals weren't quite to my taste. All in all so far so good. Long may it continue.

Iv been on Exante 2 weeks iv tried most products and I bought the 6 week mixed pack. I was disappointed that there was soo many mushroom and tomato soups in the pack. I enjoyed most of the shakes (choc, lemon cheesecake, vanilla, almond and vanilla, strawberry) and the choc orange bars,pasta carbonara, choc pudding, eggs & pizza. The pancakes, scones, & all other bars I couldn't stomach so I'm afraid iv got about 3 week of product (what a shame it has to go to waste and cannot be swapped). All that said, this diet is still really cheap & I will buy again x

Actually taking time out of my day to write this, as I feel I need my own input on this... I've got the 6 week one, and honestly I was scared to try it incase the food was bland etc (as I'm Italian, I REALLY love my food). Bit anxious to try the apple and cinnamon porridge and the chocolate mint shake as I personally don't like cinammon nor minty flavoured foods, but I'll eat them near the end of my diet... Currently on day 5 and it's going well!!! First three days I really felt it, my stomach was rumbling during the night but it was tolerable. If it's really bad I'll take a hunger suppressant tablet from XLS Medical and it tends to work. The pizza and burger are really good, I think it's because u manually make it it feels rewarding to eat them haha. The pancakes are also good, shepperds pie is okay it's nice but looks and tastes like bolognese mince but not complaining!!! And the Thai red chicken soup is really nice. The lentil pot is really good, feels like ur eating actual food and it tastes nice. Haven't really got any complaints and the meals are quite stodgy so u do actually get full which is a good thing... Only thing is that I think the measurements are a bit off or the food is meant to be mega sticky prior to cooking lol however all turns out fine once u cook it. It does taste alright considering it's all diet food. And the chocolate pudding is alright as well, probably one of the meals that fills me up the most. And it's only day 5, and people have already commented that I look smaller already and clothes I normally wear are a little loose, probably water weight but still a plus! Will definitely do this again in October after I have about a weeks break! But yeah, so far so good!

It took me a few days to get used to the taste of these products as they all seem to taste a little salty and I guess these foods are designed to give you your daily vitamins and minerals and for such a low calorie don't expect delicious food but for what they are, they are tasty enough and they keep you full. you just got to makesure you follow the instructions behind each meal to prepare it properly. Drinking lots of water with combined 20 minutes exercise i have already dropped 4 kilos within 10 days, my starting weight was 76 kg. I was trying to loose my baby weight for a year and i would highly recommend exante to anyone who wants to loose weight healthy within short scale of time and so far my sister snd her husband brought some and im in the process of buying some for my husband.
