5I found the variety pack an absolute brilliant way to start this diet such a choice and I havnt had a meal that I hav'nt enjoyed yet very meal is just so tasty it's gone above my expectation

A week plus down 3kg off

5This is my first attempt at dieting - as I love food. The brilliant thing about this diet is that there are a variety of products, which means that I can still eat the things I love - curry, pizza, pasta etc. Lost 16lb in 10 days - motivated to keep going

6 week mixed diet pack
5I thought the mixed 6 week diet pack was the best way to get started, you can try so many different products at a great price. Maypole syrup pancakes and the chic mint shakes are my fav!!

Exante 6 week diet pack
4Good variety of shakes/soups/bars and meals for anyone who hasnt tried any of the products. Would suggest that any new starters go with one of the pre made diet packs.

4The products are satisfying and easy to use, no one is going to like everything in the multi packs but it gives you a varied selection to cherry pick your favourites for future orders.

5I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is thinking of starting the diet and never tried any of the products before, you get to try a vast variety of the shakes, soups, meals and bars and gives you a really good range to experiment with at a very good price!
