5Thought id give this 5:2 diet a try as wanted something i could keep to all year round. Finding it much easier than i thought i would. Really enjoy the chocolate and banana flavoured shakes for 200 calories they are surprisingly enjoyable.

Yummmmm
4Yummy product, if you can really stick to it they work really well. You don’t feel like it’s a diet drink because it tastes so yummy and is more of a treat than anything else. Most meal replacements taste horrible when you mix with water rather than milk but these are really delicious and a good consistency for a water mix.

Great diet products

Yum yum! Except for one
3Like these, with the exception of the strawberry. I think I was expecting it to taste like nesquick powder, which ironic as its not as sweet as that, and the other shakes are probably just on the border of sweetness for my taste! However I was so relieved when I had the chocolate and vanilla shakes, as I've had other brands whose shakes were barely stomachable, so I'm very pleased that these are palatable!

5Love the flavours of these shakes and the fact they are in sachets which are easy to take around with me and store unlike other shakes i've had in tubs. Only a couple weeks into the diet but already seeing a difference!

So far so good
5Just started on these, shakes are tasty, easy to use as a replacement meal which is ideal for me as I'm driving most of the day. Seem to give you the edge required to avoid snacking with the shakes, I've been taking these as a replacement lunch most days and find that I they seem to reduce my appetite quite well. Don't have any qualms in recommending them to anyone for meal replacement, though I would say it would be difficult to use these for a complete meal replacement for a day or more, I think I would struggle.
