Avoid.
1This is my first taste of the 'meals' on the Total Solution diet. Whilst everything else is in a pouch, these are in a 'pot noodle' type pot where you just add water. I have to say they are the most disgusting, revolting and sickening sludge I've ever tasted. There is a slight peppery taste but little else. It's just a light brown sludge. Despite being really hungry, I couldn't even finish this tiny pot. Avoid. The Vanilla shakes are awesome though.

First order!
4So I heard good things about the diet and had to give it a try. I found the bars, shakes and pots very easy and tastes nice. I didn't like the sachet meals though and the puddings.

Not too great..
3This product isn't so great on its own but is better with some added spices. I just add a bit of salt, pepper and paprika and it's a meal worth having on my plan.

Conveniant
3If you like spicy food, this one is for you. I also anjoyed the real red beens Inside. You can eat "Chili con carne" with other people and have the felling to eat the same.

Convenient
3I like the convenience of this meal pot. The flavour isn't as nice as the Daal pot. It was quite peppery and didn't taste of Beef & Black Bean in my opinion although not unpleasant. The down side is that unlike the Daal pot there were a few hard bits that didn't soften. If you don't mind the texture a bit firm it is satisfying.

Much Better!
5The first time I had this (couple days ago) I was not impressed, so today I added 1/2 level teaspoon of Schwartz Chinese 5-spice, and 1/2 teaspoon of low sodium dark soy suce. Yum! What a difference. Turned it into a really tasty meals. Do not hesitate to experiment with the allowables permitted on TS! Can make a huge difference.

Convenient and enjoyable
4I decided to order some of these pot meals to take into work rather than keep having bars or shakes for my lunch. From a convenience point of view they are great. I left this to stand for a while and gave it the occasion stir as instructed and it was pretty much as I expected. Very similar to some of the other packet meals in texture. It was a tad bland but I think that this is partly down to lack of seasoning so I may add some tomorrow and see how it goes. I found this very filling indeed and will have no trouble having these for lunch from now on.

Not my favourite
3Hmmm. I thought this would be much nicer than it was... have to agree with all the comments about blandness... it really does taste of, well, nothing. Going to add a wee bit 5-spice and soy sauce next time, (yeah, greedy guts bought 12!). Love most of the others though, so no gripes.

Lovely
5was pleasantly surprised this initially looks like a cup a soup in that there is not a lot of product. However it's actually very filling for the amount you get, the texture itself I'd say is like eating a savoury nutty porridge. Tastes lovely with a hint of spice, definitely ordering these again.
