5This meal is as close to perfect as it gets! Tastes super good, is super filling and super easy to make. The consistency is great and it really doesn't feel like its a diet meal! Really happy with this one :) Highly recommend

Finally!
5We have a winner! This is a great meal - really tasty, easy for on the go and satisfying. Sadly I have struggled with most of exantes savoury meal replacements so this one has been a revelation - so convenient too as is doesn’t require the microwave.

Tasty treat
4I bought this alongside the Daal pot and can say I really love this one too. It has a lovely kick to it, again I leave it for about 7 mins. Sometimes I add a little less water and serve it in a bowl, I don't actually feel I'm missing out at all. Definitely worth ordering.

4Get past the weird consistency, think lumpy porridge.... and add some chilli flakes and soy sauce; and it’s quite yummy and filling.

3This is the first time I've had the meals, they are not delicious but are ok. Having used them for several weeks I'd say they work, I lost 4lb, so if you want a kick start to losing weight , try the meals as well as the shakes.

Fab meal pot
5I love the pot type meals so this and the curry one are my go-tos for a tasty hot meal. Lovely flavour and great to have the rice and black beans for texture. Make sure you leave it long enough for the beans to go soft. Not sure there's any beef flavour though?! Just make sure if you're taking this out with you that you clean your teeth after or at least check in the mirror, as bits of black bean seem to get stuck on your teeth!

Tastes of nothing
3This smells AMAZING however... that set me up for a massive fall as it tasted like absolutely nothing. Its bland sludge with an odd crunchy bit. (Yum!) I added Chinese spice and pepper but it definitely needed to be made with a stock/oxo. Lesson learned but I prob wouldn't by another to try it.
