Game changer
I'm on phase 1, almost finished 1 week to go. It's been a challenge but I'm enjoying the positive results. I was if I'm honest getting bored a bit of the shakes, then I found this and honestly it's a refreshing change. Easy to prepare and so tasty, I'd actually keep ordering this berry yogurt & muselli

Taste like angel delight with muesli and fruit in it! I love it. One of my go to products when I'm tempted to cheat!

Salty
Don’t know how people give this 5 stars. The only thing that’s nice about it is a couple of chewy berries well 2 to be precise. It’s powdery like most of the stuff with an horrible aftertaste of sweetener. It’s another no from me.

Berry yoghurt and muslie
Really lovely and refreshing for breakfast I add extra fruit keeps me full until lunch time . I also enjoy most of the bars. I like the idea of just ordering the items I enjoy especially when there is offers on to choose your products other wise some items go to waste Do not like the soups at all so far lost 9lbs in 3 weeks .

Great filling breakfast
This was the first thing i tried out of my 4 week starter box and initially i found it too sweet, a shock to my taste buds after being used to toast every day, however i persevered and along with lemon pancakes its become a favourite for breakfast, i think my taste buds adjusted! I really enjoy it now, its a good bowl full and keeps me full all morning. I mix it up early and sit in the fridge for an hour so its really cold. Ive just ordered another batch !

Powdery just awful
Why do virtually all exante meals taste powdery????????? Have to push it down. As with most products tried. Will never buy exante again.
