Thick and Creamy
4First time I'd tried a VLCD "smoothie" rather than the normal shakes. Put the instructed amount of water into a jug, whisked with a metal hand whisk and then poured into a blender with some small cubes of ice and whizzed until the ice was chopped up a bit. Well, lovely thick creamy smoothie appeared - really fruity and very filling. Think adding the ice helps too. I'd probably add a bit more water next time so it lasts longer but will buy again.

4Have only had the one shake as I've only been on the plan for a week, but this is very tasty.
