Even though the consistency of the Exante chocolate shake was thick and creamy when blended with ice, I did not like the taste of the shake. It had a bitter aftertaste.

Really poor quality, the chocolate shake did not taste like chocolate at all, tasted like anything BUT chocolate. Never again.

Exante Breakfast Eggs
I am a veteran of Lighterlife and Cambridge weight loss plan. I would start well and get simply bored with the shakes and bars. I noticed that a work colleague was losing weight and asked her what her secret was , "Exante" she told me. I was amazed at the variety of foods that all claimed to be "Diet". I bought a two week starter pack and fell in love with Exante Breakfast Eggs!! they taste light and fluffy and I sprinkle chilli flakes on them. They are so filling and tasty. Absolutely fabulous.

Does the job, though not very tasty
I bought a pack of 50 shakes as I like to have a hot chocolate meal replacement in the morning and my local shops have run out of Complan, which I usually use. Unfortunately, these have a weird taste to them that I'm just not keen on so I do not look forward to them like I used to. Also, you simply cannot make in a mug without lumps (and I mean a lot of lumps!) so I have to blend in a blender, fortunately I have a smoothie blender so it's not too much hassle, but it would be better if I could just make it in a mug. As far as a meal replacement shake, however, they do the job and I make it most of the way to the afternoon before I start to feel hungry.

Exante diet
Anyone who has food issues and thinks that they cannot get in control and stay in control needs to do the exante diet. I have lost two stone and although initially it was difficult to do sole source after just three days of denial things get easier .i am now totally in control and eat meals in between as I like .if I feel that puffy round the waist feeling I just go sole source for a day or two and back to feeling good.try it you will be amazed how fast the results are and how much better you will feel .

Best VLCD Diet
While you're on a VLCD diet, and especially if you have diet-control issues, it is important that the shakes and bars are tasty and fulling. Any compromise in taste and we are automatically drifted towards carbs. Exante bars are spot on ensuring we replace our meal and satiate our sugar needs. Keeps us miles away from the bad carbs - cakes, sweets, sodas, with increasing confidence in our control of hunger and cravings.

Yep they work
I went to use these exclusively but an underlying health issue meant I had to use the shake as one meal substitute. So my weight loss is slow but it occurs. The taste is a bit bland but the texture is good if made up with a blender and i put in a flask and take to work for lunch Where it wins hands down is it is filling and I don't get hungry in the afternoon or want a snack.
