I really love the flavour of these, strange because the straight chocolate is one of my least favourite flavours. These are like a liquid chocolate mint penguin! They are going to be one of my go to flavours in the future.

I really love this flavour when I got it in my diet pack so I ordered another 7 separately! its yummy and tastes like i'm having a dessert so I have it for either lunch on a hot day or for my dinner as something to look forward to. I have tried many of the different flavours of shakes. I thought strawberry or chocolate might have been my favourite, or maybe one of the more fruity ones. I had added the mint shake on a whim and wasn't sure if I would like it at all depending on how sharp the mint ended up being. As it turned out it's my favourite, the mint is refreshing and made me feel more awake in the morning, (which as a shift worker can be a challenge), but it still chocolatey enough that you feel like you're having a treat whilst you are dieting. If you are like I was wondering whether or not to try one, go for it, you might just find your favourite shake.
