To use: Add 200ml of cold water to your Exante shaker, add the sachet contents and shake. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake.

Luscious latte
I was recommended to try this shake by someone I follow on Instagram, I had been using another brand for my shakes and wanted a change-I will not be returning to the other brand as I am hooked on this one especially. I reminds me of my childhood fav Angel Delight and to be honest am enjoying more than eating a proper breakfast! This is definitely on my re-order list and 3 weeks in the benefits are starting show.

Too Sweet
I read some really good reviews andwas excited to try this out, so got a 7 pack. I tried one and my god was it sweet! I was really hopeing for a nice coffe flavour as some people had said, but I didn't get the coffee through at all, way to sweet and left a horrible after taste. It would be nice to have a regular coffee flavour.

My favourite shake
As a coffee addict, I adore this shake, a subtle mix of coffee and coconut without that nasty after taste of some of the other coconut products. I hope they keep this one on for a while yet ☺️👍🏻
