Shakes
The smell was nice, and the taste is not too bad, I just did not like the grainy texture. The texture needs improvement, it’s just not as smooth as other protein shakes available elsewhere. It was a waste of money for me. This goes for all the flavours I bought.

Really lovely. Not overly sweet. I found it was great warm with a spoonful of coffee. Will definitely purchase again :)

Doesn't taste like it
Tastes nothing like cookies and cream and there is this weird aftertaste that I just don't like...was disappointed when I first tried this.

Great Flavour
I love this shake, its so smooth and thick unlike other meal replacement shakes which can be quite watery. This flavour is a lot more sweeter than the other shake products so I'd say if you don't have a sweet tooth to maybe try the banana or strawberry shakes first.

Cookies and cream shake
Taste nothing like cookies and cream too sweet and has an after taste and I have two boxes of 7 ....Not sure if I'm allowed to return and swap for a different product.

Great flavour & not too stodgy!
Some protein bars taste like cardboard and are really difficult to digest but not these - they really are a great meal replacement and a lovely flavour

Cookies and cream
Delicious delicate taste. Mix part water and crushed ice blend into think ice cream milkshake. Love it better than a milkshake and im loosing weight. Best diet ive ever tied!
