Have ordered about 4/5 times now , love the products and its going well must admit its the 1 st diet I have ever stuck to I love the noodles and all the shakes especially the caramel and mocha ones even the strawberry , the bars are really tasty to , I usually order 100 items at a time and you get to pick your favourites then , so glad I found this diet , me and my partner are doing it and we are losing every week , just coming up to week 5 and I have lost 9lbs in a month and hubby lost 10lbs in 2 weeks , give it ago couldn't be easier x

Birthday cake bar and shake
Thought I would order the birthday cake bar and shake so that I could celebrate my granddaughters fifth birthday. Had the shake at lunchtime and it looked so pretty with the little rainbow colours. The taste was really creamy and delicious. I had the bar for my evening meal replacement and I cut it into segments. Absolutely delicious - my new number one along with the double chocolate bar.
