Undrinkable
1I chose these shakes thinking low sugar would be a healthier option and you can’t go wrong with a chocolate flavour! However, I tried one and it turned my stomach. I couldn’t finish it and it tasted nothing like chocolate. The texture was creamy with gritty bits and not particularly pleasant. I’m hoping that the low sugar is the reason for the unpleasant flavour so I will try a normal set of shakes!

Low sugar shakes
5I love the low sugar range, the strawberry is my favourite but all are really tasty of the ones I have tried, leave you feeling satisfied until your next meal time

2The smell was nice, and the taste is not too bad, I just did not like the grainy texture. The texture needs improvement, it’s just not as smooth as other protein shakes available elsewhere. It was a waste of money for me. This goes for all the flavours I bought.

5I’d purchased the low sugar smoothies thinking I would detox from sugar and crave sweet things less, I did, I found these shakes easier than different meal replacements I’d previously tried, the banana flavour was my favourite, they were really smooth and easy to prepare. I felt good with lots of energy and got down to my goal weight will purchase other products from exante in the future
