Low sugar Vanilla Smoothies
5Fantastic flavours. Low in sugar and a great breakfast or lunch replacement. I add ice to mine for a real treat.

Replacement shakes
5I ordered a box several different flavours. I love the fact you don’t use milk. I’ve used several of each flavour and I have to say they are excellent. Very thick perfect from my point of view.

My favourite when I add spices
5I’m not a fan of vanilla but add cinnamon, ginger or cardamom or sometimes all three and they are delicious

5I’m not a fan of vanilla but enjoy these with some ginger, cardamom or cinnamon added. They are low sugar so much better than regular meal replacement shakes which have too much sugar, particularly as I am diabetic

Not keen
2The taste and quality of the product is great as always, but I do not like the sawdust type texture added. I don’t see how this adds to the smoothie in a good way. It makes the shake look and taste off putting.

3This was simple and quick to make in the morning and did fill me up until lunchtime. The taste was ok but a bit gritty not really what I think if as a vanilla smoothie more like a watery porridge taste.

Oaty taste
5I look forward to these shakes so much , the fact that they are low in sugar and have an oaty sweet taste is great . I don't feel like I'm cutting down or substituting a meal as they fill me up and taste amazing !
