Carbonara
5It may sound odd but I add a teaspoon of curry powder to this - as well ad pepper, onion, mushroom and spinache. Gives you a decent looking portion and is delicious!!!

3Very cheesy but very bland, I needed to add a LOT of garlic powder to it.

Better with seasoning
3A little bit to rich for my taste buds. Needed to add garlic seasoning. Pallitable but not my favourite- not in my top buy but other friends have loved it.

Pasta
4Don’t particularly like the consistency of this meal but the taste is ok and satisfying. We add peas and basil for extra flavour and variety. We feel full afterwards, easy to make and looks okay with a garnish of herbs, especially basil.

Horrid
1Very salty with a nasty aftertaste . Only used one sachet and the rest went in the bin . This is the only variety of exante replacement meals I haven`t enjoyed ....the rest are great .

Pasta carbonara
3mostly creamy sauce, you don't get much pasta and the pasta stays quite crispy for a while after its been cooked.

5My favourite meal replacement meal. I add extra water, cook on hob till pasta has thickened. Add onion salt, garlic pepper and tabasco. Have one every day.

Nice tasting diet meal
4The carbonara was not available for much of this year. But now it is back on the list of available replacement meals. And a very welcome return it is too. Simple to prepare and tasty (especially with a touch of chilli added) helping me control my weight.

Creamy
3The Exante Pasta Carbonara is great. There's not that much pasta in it and it's mainly the creamy sauce but it is still really tasty. I find you can mix it with other things to give yourself a bigger meal that hopefully won't push you over your calorie target. I've had it with vegetarian chicken pieces and broccoli. I would recommend this item.
