Soups and Bars
4Have used Exante several times over the years. Packs and bars are excellent and delivery is prompt. However, disappointed at present because there is only one flavour of soup and no bars can be ordered - both of which are staples in my plan!

Not bad but not the worse
4A bit thick and powdery doesn’t taste the best but then what meal replacement stuff does as long as it does the job I’ll be happy

Soups
5I love all the soups but this is my favourite by far. It’s so nice to be on a liquid diet that actually has a massive variety, making you feel like you have still experienced breakfast/lunch/dinner type meals. As most of these kind of diets are all just fruit shakes.

Red Thai Chicken Soup
4Very bland if you don't season...I chop up 40g of cooked chicken, sea salt and black pepper and a few chilli flakes and it tastes much better.

My favourite
5This is by far the best soup flavour. I love the thai flavour, and could have this soup every day. You do have to stir the soup well. I use a mini whisk to ensure the powder is well mixed with the hot water.
