5This is my favourite soup by far. I was worried it might be too spicy but it’s not, just a little kick. I don’t add anything to it as it’s not necessary

Red Thai Chicken Soup
4Mild but delicious soup with just a touch of heat at the back of the throat. Mixes up well as instructed with hot water but I prefer to pop in the microwave for a minute to warm up again. Good to ring the changes and have something savourty.

4As diet replacement meals go, this is really acceptable. Good flavour , with a close authenticity to Thai flavours and spices. That said, I do like to spice it up a little more by adding chillies, mushrooms and a little cooked chicken. Salt 1.8g per 52g packet. Highly recommended.
