Salted caramel my favourite
5I was one of the world's worst for my having no breakfast. But these sorted that problem, so easy to prepare, add ice if you like, I just take mine plain. I used to wonder why I flagged mid morning, but now that doesn't happen. Plenty energy and not tempted to hit the snack machines. I don't need to, I'm full.

5Honestly! Don’t understand how this is a diet shake it tastes too good!! I swear it must be laced with sugar but nope, the pounds have fallen off and this taste sensation is a glass of pure delicious joy to keep me on track! When is salted caramel not amazing!!!!

5So, I’ve been using Exante since Oct last year and have mainly been using the meal replacement shakes (I’ve pretty much tried them all). The salted caramel one though - game changer!!!! Absolutely perfect for a sweet treat (I use half unsweetened almond milk and half water) - tastes just like a milkshake. Not too sweet but sweet enough. 10/10 from me 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Best shake ever
5Okay, so my mum brought some of this and I had to try one. They are amazing, the flavour is perfect, not to sweet but definitely of caramel. And who can resist salted caramel. I will definitely be buying these again, new favourite shake!!!
