I find drinks on their own are too boring even though all Exante drinks are delicious! I really need 'normal food' so I can chew - it makes it feel less like a diet! I LOVE these noodles - they are delicious and filling. Can't recommend them enough! With Exante I really don't feel like I'm dieting but so far have lost just over 1.5 stones in less than a month!!

The sweet and sour noodles are my absolute favourite. Especially in food week I add mushrooms spinach and chicken to make a full meal. It’s like a take away treat. Yummy!

Now I say delicious and they are once you have put salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce on as to me its a bit bland but once you have added your seasoning its nice to have a hot bowl of noodles instead of a shake .
