I just love these bars, they are filling and delicious and every now and then I get a sneaky half a nut that just tastes delightful. These are fab when I'm too busy to make a shake in the morning, or when I'm go go go all day long. Their delicious from the cupboard or the fridge too if you proffer them a little firmer. Give them a go and you'll never go back!
