5The white chocolate and Raspberry shake is my favourite flavour so far. It is super smooth, creamy and filling. It feels very indulgent and not at all like a diet product. Five stars from me.

5It's the easiest way to lose weight shakes are very tasty, I've lost 1/2 stone in about 6 weeks doing it slowly is the best way . Working different shifts makes it so easy to plan ahead . Thanks exante 

Lovely shakes
5I love this flavour as well as banana honeycomb strawberry cookies&cream vanilla as its versatile I put pieces banana as a splash of milk and its great. I always use milk in my shakes 100ml on top and a little Ice in ble blender really makes a difference and what's great with the vanilla you can add loads of different fruits makes you fuller for longer.

Some shakes ok but meals are vile!
2Knew to Exante ...been doing Cambridge and bit bored with products so as i'm on a vlcd thought would give Exante a try by buying some shakes and meal replacements.The only product i like is the white choc and raspberry shake...tried a couple of choc bars and they were awful with a very unpleasant almost "salty" after taste but the worst were the meal replacements!The veggie thai curry made me gag and went straight in the bin.I mixed it as instructed ,expecting it to look like a meal but instead got a lumpy pile of mush that looked like someone had vomited in my plate !YUK!The lentil dahl wasn't much better and after two spoonful ended up in the bin!Wish someone could come up with meal replacements that look good and taste good too and so far the only that one that does is the bean chili from Cambridge!

white chocolate & Rasberry delightful
5One of my favourite shakes by far. I think it tastes a little better with a little more water than it says to use. Very filling.
