Loved this !!!
5This is by far my favourite soup, although the vegetable soup comes in a close 2nd. This is quite thick so you may want to add a little bit more water and I added a little pinch of everyday seasoning and hay presto a lovely soup for lunch.

Surprisingly good!
4I wasn't sure what to expect from this soup, but it was actually really nice and creamy. I read the warning on the packet about not using boiling water and it was not quite warm enough for me, but I know what to do next time! Definitely worth a try.

Pleasantly Suprised
5I didn't think this was going to taste that good, but surprisingly, I really liked it. I added some pepper and let it sit a few minutes. If I order soups with my next order, this will be one on my list. You have to like squash to enjoy this one, and I love squash.

Spunky
2Not very good. Edible but you'll nurse it! Just no flavour except phlegmy salt...

4Lovely soup, my favourite, taste so good and rich. I let it stand for at least 5 minutes gets even better .

Delicious
5I was a bit sceptical at first, having read some previous reviews. It was a pleasant surprise when I found that the powder mixes up easily and lump free and the soup is very tasty. Will definitely buy again if and when it comes back into stock.

Tasty
5Very nice soup. I got my husband to share it with me now as he wants to try to lose his spare tyre too. There are several we enjoy together for a midday meal. It does taste of vedg. I never microwave any food. ( a bit of a health freak!) So we put the two packets in a pan with hot water and simply heat it up like any normal packet of soup. This way we have cut out bread almost totally. It does go quite a long way and fills us up for a number of hours. Then we share a small protein meal at about 6pm most days. I never ever eat processed foods and usually have to resist dairy totally, ( i have had intolerances for many years, ) so i feel i am doing really well with all the dairy in these products. If i get hungry later at night ( we simply never go to bed early as we 'd only be up very very early and we have lots of hobbies.) i have a boiled egg or maybe an apple to chew on. Chewing gum is another favourite nibble of mine. Its helpful when i am out and the chips are passed around the pub after a music session. I always set up a tablespoonful of plain porridge before i go to bed, to soak in coconut milk so that it is ready for me to eat in the morning around 9am. By morning it is really creamy and soaked through and at room temp so i have no need to even heat it. I try to have this as plain as possible . Occassionaly i will sprinkle it with a few chopped dates , cocoa nibs, some date syrup or maybe a little Sweet Freedom, which is very low calory. But never ALL of these, only one or another. I do add some linseed when i can remember, as this is also good for diet and blood etc.
