Excellent diet shakes , easy lifestyle product
I started these shakes for travel purposes as existing market shakes known to me previously did not do the trick keeping me full until mealtimes. I use them once or twice a day and its far better than grabbing an over bread sandwich with dubious filling . I would recommend these shakes to anyone wanting to start a diet or just cut down on food intake as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Amazing product that actually works .
I have tried many shake products but this one comes out tops . After a a Caramel Frappe shake I’m good to go for hours . Don’t need to snake either . The fact that they are so easy to carry out and about helps too , I take my shaker with me and with a small bottle of water I’m good to go at any time of the day anywhere . I wish I’d found these shakes ages ago .

Caramel latte frappe
I really love the flavour of these shakes, I make one up put it in the fridge to chill and it tastes fabulous, they are very satisfying and make me feel full, I especially like how convenient and quick they are to prepare when you are in a hurry, I am very happy with my purchase.

Caramel latte frappe is one of my favourite exante shakes,the coffee flavour is mild,perfect for the first shake of the day.

Best of the best for breakfast, I add a wee bit of coffee and blend it with ice - wakes me right up and keeps me full till lunch
