Quite Nice
4Smells like sweet caramel vanilla with a hint of coffee. Tastes like caramel vanilla not much coffee. So I added a spoon of coffee.

I’m in love!
5This is my absolute favourite of all the shakes! The flavour is amazing and the consistency second to none. Depending on my mood I sometimes add a spoonful of coffee into the mix. This is so much nicer than bought Frappe, cheaper and far fewer calories. Add ice to the mix and watch it thicken up. Love, love love it!

5The Caramel Latte Frappe is my absolute favourite shake. On cold days it’s heavenly with a shot of coffee warmed up in the microwave. On warm days add some coffee and ice cubes. In the blender and enjoy an ice cold shake. Best ever. Love it 😍

Yum - like a non diet coffee milkshake and filling too!
5This is delicious and also very satisfying. Have it for quick lunch if eating out in evening as part of maintenance plan, or on VLC or fast days. This and Vanilla are my staples

Didn’t expect this
5I got the trial box and most of the shakes were alright. But this one. This one was AMAZING. I was honestly shocked at how good this tasted because I’m not a fan of lattes in general. I wish I could get a massive box with only this shake

Hot Latte Yum
5I had this hot whizzed up in the blender for extra creaminess on a cold windy day, its lovely and really fab as a filling hot drink.

Creamy but sickly
3This was my first shake I've ever tried. I'm not really a coffee fan. It was lovely and tasteful but I found it quite sickly. They are very creamy tho with warm I wasn't expecting it. Just not for me this one

Frappe
5My all time favourite shake, could have this for ever meal. I add a shot if coffee to it, with ice and it really does taste better than a Costa frappuccino, at a fraction of the cost and the calories! I will still buy this for everyday, even when I'm not following the plan. Love it!
