I tried it as an omelette but found it a little sad to be honest.. I find them a lot better as scrambled eggs in v hot pan with some smoked paprika salt and pepper :)

I really love the breakfast eggs!! They are one of the most filling products and I can see me continuing to use them through stabilisation but adding extras too them such as chicken or ham.

I thought this product was really good. It does taste cheese and bacon-ie. I tend to make it in a saucepan until it looks like scrambled eggs. It has a slightly wet texture this way, but it's fairly easy and not likely to burn.
