Breakfast
First time I tried this and did it how the pack stated I hated it. I read through some reviews and picked up different options, today I microwaved some mushrooms then separately microwaved for 3 mins the water and pack and then poured the mushrooms over, salt and pepper and some hot sauce and it was so much nicer.

What have I just eaten
I have never eaten anything like this before it was a mixture of sulphur and god knows what, I like the shakes and many of the other products but good god I will never even entertain this again.

The powder smelt funny & when I cooked it my house smelt bad. I did not like the taste at all. Was like chewing styrofoam
