5I’ve used this for quite a while work’s well I’ve lost 4stone .been totally off it for the holidays .so back on it from 6th jan getting ready for holidays in May

5I struggle with the shakes being to sweet and sickly but this shake is just sweet enough and a refreshing change to the others. The cherries and berries add a welcome tartness.. a refreshing change

Wickedly delicious!
5This shake is full of flavour and very filling. Sometimes I add less water and it becomes a yogurt, which is addictive! Highly recommended!

Disappointingly thin and chemical tasting with lumps
1Despite using ice to make this shake as palatable as possible, I still had to get it down with a glass of water. I'm astonished at all the good reviews, I found the shake was not thick or creamy, and had an odd chemical cherry taste. It wasn't particularly sweet, but I really didn't enjoy it. It was quite lumpy and I had to get the blender to make it smoother in the end, but it was still very runny. I love the taste of cherries and berries and I'm very disappointed. It was a lot better than the peanut and chocolate bar, but that isn't saying much. Sorry, Exante, not impressed.
