Absolutely delcious
5This was the first shake that I tried and I was not disappointed. It was creamy and full of flavour. Going to try it with Ice in a blender next time to see how that goes.

5Cherries and Berries Shake made up and thrown into a smoothie maker with ice cubes and frozen cherries and raspberries.........out of this world! This is my absolute favourite Exante product. Mmmmm.....yummy.

So Refreshing!
5This one has overtaken Lemon Cheesecake as my favourite shake! It is perfect for this hot weather and really does taste of berries. It mixes more easily than some of the other shakes too. A winner for me!

5A cherryberrylicious shake. It has a depth of flavour and is creamy and satisfying. A natural flavour with no aftertaste. Crushed ice added in summer enhances the shake to a different level of satisfaction

Cherry 🍒 Berry 🍓🫐Delight
5This product was my induction meal into the world of Exante’s 800 meal replacement plan and it certainly did not disappoint. I was initially nervous about trying the range as a lot of sweetener based, low calorie products tend to have an awful artificial taste, but so far I have found this not to be the case with any of the products I have sampled so far. I mixed the product with 100ml water, 100ml oat milk (no added sugar) and a couple of ice cubes in a shaker which produced a thick, frothy, beautifully coloured, fruity smelling, milkshake reminiscent of those served in diner style restaurants which I poured into a tall glass. I sprinkled with a tbsp of seed mix for some added omega fats and a little extra fibre. The milkshake was really smooth and delicious without the grainy texture of some competitor products, albeit slightly on the sweeter side of my palette. Next time I would probably add an extra 30-50 ml of water unless I was craving something super sweet like a bar of chocolate. The addition of oat milk adds about 40 kcal to the meal and the seed mix about the same. This also slightly alters the nutritional profile dependent on brand used. I simply deducted this from the 200kcal daily snack allocation to keep on plan. I do have an annoyingly large appetite which tends to result in unhealthy snacking and or overeating, however I sipped this over approximately 30 mins whilst working and found it kept me going until my next meal. I did consume a slender sip 30 mins prior which may have helped keep the hunger pangs under control as well. I love that the products are individually packaged in sachets which not only allow for a pick and mix shopping selection, but also makes the product extremely convenient for travel. I can simply fill my shaker with some milk and or water and then mix in the powder when I am ready. Overall a great first experience, and one that I will try again once I get through sampling all the other flavours of course.
