Good to have something to chew
4This was pretty good and satisfying. I made 4 small tortillas and fried them till they were golden brown. Added black pepper to the sauce. Next time I may try adding cumin....

Chicken Fajita
5Followed water quantities given. Sauce with strange aftertaste but became very nice with tabasco and ras-el-hanout. Poured water in plastic bowl, added dough mix and slowly stirred together with a pair of chopsticks as I had read the mix was sticky. Let it rest well. 3 drops of olive oil in cold non-stick pan. Worked dough with fingertips to one fajita in pan whilst the pan was still cold. Switched on the heat and flipped when set. A very satisfying meal.

Tasty but not the easiest to roll
4My first attempt ended up in the bin as the mixture stuck to everything including cling film. I lost most of it just trying to roll it. Second attempt was much better. I added nearly 4 times amount of water and then straight into hot pan cooked like pancakes. Got two tasty wraps and for the sauce added a ton of cayenne, very tasty indeed. Will continue to cook this way.

Goopy with bits!
1The fajita mixture was too gloopy- stuck to the bowl, the cutting board, my hands! Ended up as a lump in the pan! The peppers in the filling didn’t rehydrate so were just hard lumps and I had a bit of stalk amongst it too! All in all very unpleasant!

Wrap me up like a fajita
5Now now diet food what diet food. I was extremely surprised as i thought I'd give it a try but didn't have high hopes I thought it will probably taste like eating cardboard but I'll hold my hands up an say I WAS VERY WRONG... This is amazing . I did have trouble with rolling the wrap out as it stuck to the counter or rolling pin . So I made a ball an pressed it flat in the pan. This worked. The taste is GREAT.... I made it with double the amount of water next time around an poured it into a panan this worked. This is great for those days u have friends over who don't agree with ur diet as u can show them ur eating well an loosing weight or when u want a bigger meal just add chicken breast to the meal.... Best product I love it

3Concept is great but the mix is so salty ... was nice to have a wrap although it was very sticky to roll out

Ultimate favourite
5The taste of this is amazing, it reminded me of some naughty pasty, maybe a chicken fajita pasty or a vegetable one from that famous high street bakers. I loved it. Making it was slightly more difficult. I've messed up one completely... so now I've learnt either to put the exact amount of water in and then either dry fry for a moment as a big ball before slowly flattening it out in the pan, or rolling in between sheets of cling film. Or another option is to put more water in, double the water maybe, or even more, and pouring it into a silicon cake tin. It will have a slightly 'wetter' consistency by doing this, so I prefer the rolled out method, but it works well and it's simple. I add a little extra in the way of chilli flakes and herbs. Very nice weekend treat for me, I'm on my second box of them.

5I wish I had tired this earlier, it stops me craving bread, and it tastes just like fajita seasoning, when the chicken flavour sauce is made it's a little like eating refried beans texting wise

Amazing
5Took me a while to figure out the right way to cook them but these are a favourite. For a recovering bread addict like me I save it for the days I miss bread and want a sort of finger food. Paired with my water enhancer and fizzy water ..Delicious..who needs takeout?
