5I find these bars the most filling of all, it tastes good too, especially with a cup of tea, which seems to bring he flavour out.

Its ok!
3The bar definitely has a strong caramel taste and is very dense and filling. I personally found the caramel flavour a little synthetic but I guess that's because its low sugar so to be expected. It was a pleasant taste although a slightly protein after taste. On the whole I probably wouldn't choose it again but I do have another one of these bars and will happily eat it!
