5Hi Guys, Just want t say a great BIG thank you for all your help and support I received my food box last week and I decided to wait until my niece had gone back to OZ before I started my weight loss programme. She is leaving tomorrow and we had a great final get together so to day is the big day. my eldest daughter lost 14lb on her first week last week my son lost 11lb so I have a lot to contended with don't think I will lose as much as them but I will give a good try thanks to my Exante food solution. wish me luck Linda

3This was a bit odd, for want of a better word! Received this free with one of my orders so gave it a try. It's a very dense cookie so takes a bit of eating despite being relatively small, however I found the peppermint really overpowering and unpleasant on my tongue. I did eat it all though, and it definitely made me feel full.
