5Tastes like after 8. I blend mine with 500ml water to help with water intake so mine are thinner. Also love to put them in lolly moulds or ice cube trays to snack on or have as a dessert in the evening.

5I love the chocolate mint shakes so much. They smell and taste just like aero chocolate and matchmakers! I’ve stocked up on these as I don’t want them to go!

Amazing and delicious!!!!!
5I throughly enjoyed drinking this it was like a mint choc chip milkshake that I would get from a special shake store! It was amazing! I added ice and blended it. I can not believe it’s on the diet and I’m allowed to have this and not feel guilty! It’s very filling and takes away all sweet cravings!!!! I recommend this product !!!

5I have been doing the Exante’ diet for 4 months as I was pre diabetic. I have successfully got my blood sugar down and have lost 12lbs. Although I reached my target weight very quickly I enjoy the products so much I have continued to use 2 meal replacements most days. I love the shakes - favourites are salted caramel, coconut,caramel latte and honeycomb. I also enjoy the salted caramel and the chocolate fudge bars as much as I would a normal chocolate bar! I lay golf and regularly take a bar in my golf bag to eat at lunch time I also like the fact that Exante’ frequently bring new products to market. I have tried another meal replacement diet and it is more expensive and not nearly as flavoursome. I would definitely recommend Exante’ to anyone wishing to lose weight without much effort and no hunger pangs! Thank you Exante’!

5I mix this with 200ml of water and a few ice cubes and an electric whisk. Then once it’s whisked add couple more ice cubes. It really is so nice. Tastes like one you would buy from a desert shop. Keeps me feeling full for a good 4-6 hours. I use the shakes mainly for breakfast or lunch but on some days I will have it for dinner and have a bar later one. I’ve lost 6 pounds in the first week. Only into my second week but loving this diet so far.
