Easiest diet ever
5I have always been a chocoholic and that's been my down fall when dieting. My sister lost 3 stone with Extante and that persuaded me to give it a try. I tried several flavours but chocolate and the white chocolate and raspberry totally satisfy my chocolate craving and I have had no problem sticking to 2 shakes and a protein meal and have lost 1.5st in 7 weeks. Extante has resolved my bad heartburn and I definitely feel healthier. Can't believe what a great discovery Extante has been for me.

One of my favourites
5I save this until later in the day when my sweet tooth kicks in, fills me up and I get my chocolate fix without feeling guilty.

Yummy
5I appear to be the only person who loves every shake ( with the exception of Mango). Chocolate shake fulfils my need for a chocolate fix without falling off the wagon. Yummy

2Disappointed by this. I find exante aren't the best when it comes to chocolate products or they have just mastered other flavours better

Love these!!
5These shakes taste surprisingly good even just with water and I don’t get hungry. If I’m struggling on the 800 plan I then go to the 1200 plan and love the flexibility. Still manage 1 reward day - it’s all about balance. Only have tried the shakes. Can’t wait to order my favourites. 2 weeks in and have lost weight and feeling great/positive.

surprisingly good
5This is definitely one of the best flavours in the range- it tastes like a brownie! Highly recommend, especially if its your first time trying this kind of diet
