Very good
5I have gone from 17 st and I now am 14.5 St trying to get to around 13 St if possible, I have the 3 a day and plenty of water and I workout in my gym to burn some more off, first week was tricky but after that if you stick at it you really do see good results, my doctor told me I was obese and prescribed me for the gym but it's closed so I do it at home great stuff, not seen the doctor yet, oh my waist was 48 now it's 39, soldier on

5Exante shakes have helped me loose and keep my weight as I want. The variety and choice means I don’t get fed up either. I be tried many diets during my life and Exante is the best

Diet plan
5Exante is a great product and have used them many a times in the past and had really great results, I am a fan of the usual flavours like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry but another great two flavours are chocolate mint and orange. Normally I follow the complete plan as I normally like quick results, but this time I want my weight to stay off so I’ve gone for exante 5:2, have only been on e diet for 2 weeks and already have lost half a stone!

5This is amazing, especially when added with kettle water and 400ml not 200ml. Keeps you fuller for longer and it’s like having a naughty hot chocolate. Yummy
