Shake it daisy

5The chocolate shake and Caramel Frappe is on of my favourite , could have them daily I’m a coffee drinker but have cut down but the Frappe is a good replacement

Pudding!
5Though as a shake the chocolate was nice enough I really loved it when I got a little creative. I mixed the sachet with 200 ml of unsweetened Almond Milk - (26 calories and nil carbs) added a quarter spoon of Just wholefoods 'Vegeset' as a gelling agent and brought it to a near boil in a pan, quickly poured the liquid into two small ramekin dishes and popped it in the fridge for an hour. a delicious chocolate mouse for pudding. I split it with my partner and added a couple of raspberries and a splash of cream to make it up to one whole meal replacement. Not a giant meal but very very tasty. It works as well when mixed with water but the almond milk added just a little more creaminess.

Caramel frappe
5Caramel frappe is my fave, I have mine for breakfast, I put ice in them, they taste so nice, just like Starbucks 😍

Who knew a diet could taste so good
5Its got great taste and is almost decadent. How can a chocolate shake be part of a diet plan? Chocolate is a firm favourite. Its great anytime of the day even breakfast.
