Choc Shake
5Whats not to like? Chocolate shake great taste and easy to make. I use a shaker bottle and prefer 8 fluid oz of chilled water rather than the 200ml (6.8fl) recommended on the packet. I find all of the shakes mix super well with no powder or graininess left behind.

Not choccy enough but....
4Add a heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder, blitz with chilled water and ice until big and creamy and it works well. Adds a few extra calories but that's an acceptable trade off. The fibre, protein and fat in the small amount of cocoa powder makes the shake more filling anyway.

4It's ok. Not my favourite, but mixes well and is easy to drink.
