To use: Add 200ml of cold water to your exante shaker, add the sachet contents and shake. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Cinnamon Swirl give us a Twirl
Thought I found my favourites in Cherries and Berries and Creamy Coconut, then I tried Cinnamon Swirl. This is now the go to favourite especially with Christmas and the cold weather. In all honesty there are not many flavours that I don't like, but the favourite 3 I could drink one after the other, not because i am still hungry but because they are so yummy. I have lost over 2 stones in 16 weeks, thanks Exante your shakes and amazing, with so many delicious flavours to choose from it's easy to stick to the goal.

Delicious
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! It’s my new favourite, as other reviewers have said it tastes exactly like a cinnamon bun!! So good! I made it with 250ml of water and a handful of crushed ice and it was delicious. I may try it with more water next time to make it last longer!! This is a real treat.

Mmm tastes like cake!
I love cakes (who doesn't?) This shake tastes just like a cinnamon bun but with none of the guilt! It's one of my top fave shakes and I highly recommend.

Unexpectedly lovely
I was expecting not to like this one as I'm not a huge fan of cinammon, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is actually one of my favourites so far!

My favourite
This is definitely my favourite shake. If made with the recommended 200ml of water it comes out quite creamy, and tastes just like a cinnamon swirl. I originally only ordered one of these but have since ordered the multipack.

Seriously cinnamony
For someone with a mainly savoury tooth a mainly shake based meal replacement diet can be....... challenging some days, but this shake and the salted caramel one, made with 400ml of water and blended with ice are my saviours! Love them both, so much so my last two orders have been almost exclusively those, I've bulk bought both just in case of shortages. To be fair I've not seen such a good range of products in any other brand, and customer service department have been excellent when I've had issues with deliveries or products.
